The symposium will have a special emphasis on best management practices, quality control, new product forms, international trade, and opening new markets for Egyptian produced tilapia products. The symposium will include a trade/exhibit show, which will provide a forum for industry suppliers, seafood marketers, and the aquaculture press to meet directly with researchers and producers. Field trips are being organized to nearby aquaculture sites. |
