| spelling | ir-123456789-34022026-02-24T11:49:57Z (235) السوق المحلية للقمح ومنتجاته The Local Market for Wheat and its Products عبد القادر دياب. ممدوح الشرقاوي هدى النمر صادق رياض علي ابراهيم محمد واخرون وأخرون القمح إدارة. الدقيق. الحبوب و الغلال. التنمية الاقتصادية. النباتات الزراعية. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 171 ص. ؛ تمثلت أهداف الدارسة فى البحث عن المشاكل والمعوقات فى جانب العرض والاستخدام من القمح فى السوق المحلية متضمناً فى ذلك ما يتصل منها بمسارات الإنتاج المحلى والاستيراد، وكذلك ما يتصل بالبنية الأساسية للسوق المحلية، وتلك التي تفرضها سلوكيات المستهلك وأنماط استهلاكه.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات بالنسبة لأدوات وسياسات زيادة الإنتاج المحلى من القمح منها: منح حافز سعرى للإنتاجمن القمح، دعم تقاوى القمح المنتقاة، الآخذ بنظام الزراعة التعاقدية، إنشاء مجلس قومى للإدارة التكنولوجية لزراعات القمح،وتنفيذ حملات توعية وإرشاد لمنتجى القمح، وأن يكون الحد الأدنى للمخزون من القمح يكفى الاستهلاك لفترة ستة أشهر، والحد من الفاقد فى الكميات المتداولة من القمح بإستكمال النقص فى السعات التخزينية وتطوير السعات التقليدية منها، إلى جانب الإدارة الجيدة للمخزون والمستودعات والرقابة والمحاسبة على أدائها.أما على جانب الاستهلاك من القمح فقد اقترحت الدراسة بدعم الخبز المنتج وليس دعم الدقيق المستخدم. The objectives of this study are to identify and analyze the problems and obstacles impacting on both sides of wheat supply and uses in the Egyptian local market with special attention paid to local production and imports, and the wheat consumption pattern in Egypt. The study concludes with some recommendations concerning the tools and policies of increasing wheat's local production. There must be price incentives, subsidy for wheat seeds, application of contractual cultivation, information and monitoring campaigns targeting wheat producers. The minimum wheat stock should be sufficient to meet the local consumption needs for six months, to minimize the losses of wheat through increasing the stock capacities and modernizing all related facilities.
