| spelling | ir-123456789-34082026-02-24T12:04:33Z (265) نحو تحسين أوضاع الأمن الغذائي والزراعة المستدامة والحد من الجوع فى مصر:سبل وآلياث تحقيق الهدف الثانى من أهداف التنمية المستدامة(2016-2030) Towards Improving Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture Situation and Reducing Hunger in Egypt: “Ways and Mechanisms to Achieve the Second Goal of Sustainable Development Goals (2016-2030) هدى صالح النمر. عبد العزيز إبراهيم بركات أحمد الفرا علاء زهران خالد عطية وأخرون الأمن الغذائي. الإكتفاء الذاتي. الإنتاج الزراعي. الغذاء. سوء التغذية. يوليو 2016. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 226 ص. ؛ يهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول الهدف الثانى من أهداف التنمية المستدامة والذى ينص على القضاء على الجوع، وتوفير الأمن الغذائى والتغذية المحسنة، وتعزيز الزراعة المستدامة. ويندرج تحت هذا الهدف ثمانية أهداف فرعية، وذلك من خلال تشخيص الوضع الراهن لحالة الأمن الغذائى والزراعة المستدامة والجوع فى مصر وكذلك الوقوف على طبيعة العلاقة التشابكية والتأثيرات المتبادلة بين الهدف الثانى وغايته وغيره من أهداف وغايات التنمية المستدامة العالمية.هذا وقد وصل البحث إلى مجموع من النتائج أهمها أن نسبة من يعانون من نقص الغذاء فى مصر تقل عن 5%، وإنه وفقاً لمؤشر الأمن الغذائى العامى (GFSI) احتلت مصر المركز 47 فى دول العالم (109 دولة) وأن قدرة الإنتاج المحلـــى على إتاحة الغذاء فى مصر تراجعت، فى مقابل زيادة نسبة الاعتماد على الواردات، وأن القطـــاع الزراعـــــى ما زال ينطوى على طاقات كافية وإمكانيات غير قليلة لزيادة قدرته على المساهمة فى إنتاجوإتاحة المنتجات الغذائية، ومن ثم تحقيق الأمن الغذائى. وتوصل البحث كذلك إلى أن الهدف الثانى جاء فى المرتبة الأولى ضمن مجموعة الأهداف الأكثر تأثيرا ً وتأثراً بباقي أهداف التنمية المستدامة الأخرى. This research aims to address the second goal of the SDG’, which is “end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture”, under this goal, there are eight targets, through analyzing the current situation of food security, sustainable agriculture, and hunger in Egypt, as well uncover the nature of the interrelationships and mutual influences between the second goal and other global sustainable development goals. The most important results of the research are: the proposition of people suffering from food shortage in Egypt is less than 5%, and according to the global food security index (GFSI) Egypt comes at the 47th order among the world countries (109 countries) and the ability of Egypt’s domestic production to provide food is deteriorated, while ratio of reliance on imports increased, and that the agriculture sector still involves potentials and possibilities enough to increase its ability to contribute to food production and availability, and hence food security.
