| spelling | ir-123456789-34212026-02-24T11:57:04Z (260) العلاقات الاقتصادية المصرية التركية بالتركيز على تقييم أتفاقية التجارة الحرة The Egyptian-Turkish Economic Relations Focusing on the Evaluation of the FTA اجلال راتب فادية عبد السلام سلوى محمد مرسي احمد رشاد الشربيني ثريا محمد حسين واخرون العلاقات الاقتصادية. العلاقات الدولية. العلاقات الخارجية. التجارة الحرة. مصر وتركيا. أغسطس 2015. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 145 ص. ؛ تستعرض هذه الدراسة التطور التاريخى للعلاقات المصرية – التركيةمن خلال دراسة اتفاقية التجارة الحرة بين مصر وتركيا والذى يتيح فور دخولها حيز التنفيذ فى عام 2010 الاستفادة من قاعدة تراكم المنشأ متعدد الأطراف مما يزيد من قدرة الصناعة المصرية على النفاذ لأسواق تركيا ودول الاتحاد الأوروبى. وتطور العلاقات الاقتصادية المصرية – التركية والتى تمثلت فى الملامح العامة للاستثمار المباشر فى مصر والمساهمة التركية فى هذا الاستثمار، وبحساب نسبة مساهمة الاستثمارات التركية إلى اجمالى الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة إلى مصر فى الفترة من 2007/2008 إلى 2013/2014 نجد أنها لم تتعد فى أعلى مستوياتها نسبة 4.5% (فى عام 2012/2013) وأن التدفق الاستثمارى التركى إلى مصر ارتبط بتوطيد العلاقات الدبلوماسية المصرية - التركية. والمساهمة التركية فى القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة سواء ما نشأ منها فى المنطقة الحرة أو فى الداخل (صناعة، وزراعة وخدمات)، وكذلك فى القطاع السياحى . كما تم حساب مؤشرات الميزة النسبية الظاهرة (RCA)، ومؤشر تماثل الصادرات، ومؤشر التوافق التجارى، ومؤشر كثافةالتجارة الخارجية وأخيراً مؤشر التخصص القطاعى، وتقييم اتفاقية النقل البرى والترانزيت بين مصر وتركيا. This study reviews the historical development of Egyptian-Turkish relations through studying the free trade agreement between Egypt and Turkey, which, upon its entry into force in 2010, allows the use of the multilateral cumulative origin rule, which increases the ability of Egyptian industry to penetrate the markets of Turkey and the European Union countries. The development of Egyptian-Turkish economic relations, which was represented in the general features of investment Direct investment in Egypt and the Turkish contribution to this investment, and by calculating the percentage of contribution of Turkish investments to the total foreign direct investment to Egypt in the period from 2007/2008 to 2013/2014, we find that it did not exceed 4.5% at its highest levels (in 2012/2013) and that the Turkish investment flow to Egypt was linked to the consolidation of Egyptian-Turkish diplomatic relations. The Turkish contribution to The various economic sectors, whether those originating in the free zone or domestically (industry, agriculture and services), as well as in the tourism sector.
