| spelling | ir-123456789-35132026-02-24T14:05:13Z (246) دور الجمعيات الأهلية فى دعم التعليم الأساسي: دراسة ميدانية The Role of the NGOs in Supporting the Basic Education in Egypt " A Field Study" دسوقى عبد الجليل. خضر عبد العظيم أبو قورة لطف الله إمام صالح زينات محمد طباله محمد نصر فريد وأخرون التعليم الإبتدائي. السياسية التعليمية. التعليم الأساسى. التعليم - مصر. نوفمبر 2013. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية 257 ص. ؛ هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل دور الجمعيات الأهلية فى دعم التعليم الأساسي، من خلال دارسة التعليم الأساسي بين إشكاليتى الدولة والمجتمع مـن المنظور السوسيولوجى، وتناول واقع التعليم الأساسي والمشكلات المرتبطة بالأداء، وتحليل مضمون الإطار التنظيمي لحوكمة جمعيات ومؤسسات العمل الأهلى التطوعى فى مصر وتحدياتها، والتوصل إلى آليات تفعيل دور هذه الجمعيات فى دعم عملية التعليم الأساسي.إستعانت الدراسة باستبيان على عينة استطلاعية بلغ حجمها (116) مفردة. وأسفرت النتائج عن أن هذا التعليم الحكومي يحتاج إلى دعم وتطوير متواصلين لتحقيق الأهداف المنوطة به، وحتى يتحقق التوازن بين العرض والطلب ومعالجة مشكلاته الأساسية المتمثلة فى كثافة الفصل، والمبنى المدرسى، وإعـداد وتأهيل المعلم، وتصميم وتخطيط المنهج الدراسى..الخ. وأن دور الجمعيات الأهلية فى التعليم الأساسى مازال موازيا وليس مكملاً، ولا كافياً. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل دور المشاركة المجتمعية ، وتطبيق اللامركزية فى اختيار وتصميم مشروعات التعليم ، وتقويم المشروع التعليمى. This study aimed to monitor and analyze the role of NGOs in supporting the basic education, through studying the basic education between the two problems of the state and society, from the sociological point of view. The study deals with the fact of basic education, and the problems related with the performance, analyzing the content of the governance organizational framework for the activities of the NGOs in Egypt and their challenges, and finding the mechanisms to activate the role of NGOs in supporting basic education process. The study applied a questionnaire on an exploratory sample reached (116).It concluded that governmental education needs continuous support to achieve the balanced goals, until achieving the balance between the supply and demand, and solving the main problems. Concerning the role of NGOs in supporting the basic education,the field study results showed that this role is still parallel not complementary, and not enough.
