The successful developmental experiences in the advanced industrial countries, as well as many countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin-America, stated that everything connected with life quality, and the quality of main patterns of society, depends on number of qualitative and quantitative social indicators, that are considered objective and subjective, that reflect the society conditions in multiple and different aspects of the life, and to what extend people are consistent with these conditions between acceptance and satisfaction. The research extended the vision to the future to measure the consequences of this change, according to measuring methods, trying to benefit from the big progress of the methodological mechanisms, and development theories generally, and sociological theories privately, in order to form objective vision about whether the social protection trends go towards the better and the finer, or it slows down, or descends retreating to the worse, or ranges between this and that.
