This study aims at reviewing the current agricultural policies and highlighting their major positive and negative effects. The study concludes with some recommended tools and means to accelerate the development of agricultural growth in Egypt.First, the government should increase its investment in the sector, second, an agricultural development fund must be established to help small farmers, third, it proposes a model of management for the sector (the Agricultural Council), fourth restructuring the system of subsidies of both raw materials and finished products, fifth, the establishment of a marketing agency as well as an information agency for the sector that publishes regular reports on agricultural prices, sixth, the establishment of Agro-Industrial complexes, and seventh the enforcement of quality control standards and exerting immediate efforts to help in the development of logistics. 2009 Book http://repository.inp.edu.eg/handle/123456789/3530 ara سلسلة قضايا التخطيط والتنمية ؛ 214. application/pdf application/pdf معهد التخطيط القومي، |
