| spelling | ir-123456789-45042026-03-01T07:29:55Z (1660) سبل تطوير صناعة التعهيد للبرمجيات وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات فى مصر فى اطار رؤية 2030 Ways to Develop Software and Services Outsourcing Industry in Egypt as Part of Egypt’ Strategy: 2030 الجوهرى, عصام محمد El Gohary, Essam Mohamed صناعة التعهيد البرمجيات خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات فى مصر 24سم مع بداية القرن الجديد ووجود وزارة الاتصالات و تكنولوجيا المعلومات ونمو صناعة البرمجيات وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مصر ظهرت صناعة التعهيد للبرمجيات وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، قامت الدولة ممثلة في الوزارة مع جهود منظمات المجتمع المدنى بدور ايجابى لتنمية هذه الصناعة الثرية الامر الذى انعكس على وجود مصر في الترتيب الدولى و تم تصنيفها كجهة مثالية واعد لصناعات التعهيد في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات و لكن الاحداث السياسة و الاقتصادية عطلت الانطلاقة المصرية و تراوحت صعودا و هبوطا في الترتيب الدولى او في الأرقام التصديرية . يقدم البحث تحليل فجوة لصناعة التعهيد لخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات من خلال الوقوف على أهمية هذه الصناعة و استعراض إمكانيات مصر فيها و نقاط الضعف و الفرص المتاحة بعد مراجعة المعايير الدولية و المحاور التي تسهم في ترتيب الدول في مؤشرات خدمات التعهيد. ثم نقدم مقترحات محددة للاخد بها في استراتيجية الوزارة القادمة لتحقيق اهداف رؤية مصر 2030 للوصول الى 5 مليارات دولار عائد من صناعة التعهيد للبرمجيات وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات. الكلمات الدالة: صناعة التعهيد – البرمجيات – خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مصر. With the beginning of the new century and the presence of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the growth of the software industry and IT services in Egypt emerged the outsourcing of software and information technology services. The State represented by the Ministry with the efforts of civil society organizations played a positive role in the development of this rich industry, The presence of Egypt in the international arrangement and was classified as a promising ideal for outsourcing industries in the field of information technology, but the political and economic events delayed the Egyptian start and moved up and down in the international arrangement or export figures. The research presents a gap analysis of the outsourcing industry for IT services by highlighting the importance of this industry and reviewing Egypt's capabilities, weaknesses and opportunities after reviewing the international standards and axes that contribute to the ranking of countries in the indicators of outsourcing services.
