Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) with Focus on Cost. the PERT method was introduced, demonstrating how the Critical Path Method (CPM) can be used to prepare a project's time schedule, identify areas needing special attention, and determine the manpower and equipment required to execute the plan. This memo continues the previous work by incorporating the cost variable alongside the time variable. The purpose of introducing the cost variable is: To develop a plan for cost expenditures using appropriate cost-estimation techniques.
