This study presents a detailed estimation method for imports and exports, first detailing the methods of estimating imports on the basis of differentiating between three types of links and relationships; then the study explains the methods of estimating exports in detail with reference to the method used in the first five-year plan of the state, and then the study indicates a proposal for what the method of estimating exports should be.
