The study highlights that a society’s wealth is not limited to natural resources but heavily relies on human resources as the key factor in leveraging these resources. Despite abundant natural wealth, developing countries often fail to utilize it effectively due to a lack of skilled labor and technical expertise. Importing labor poses cultural and social adaptation challenges. Therefore, long-term workforce planning is crucial to assess the present and future labor supply, considering both quantity and quality.
