Sumari:The study addresses issues related to the economic position of nationally-owned enterprises and associations, focusing on their management structures. It emphasizes that management structures are not ends in themselves but serve as tools to fulfill economic tasks within the national economy. These structures reflect the level of knowledge regarding the necessary functions for managing and planning production and reproduction processes, which evolve as objective laws develop. Accordingly, management structures must accurately reflect and adapt to the conditions of the reproduction process. Transferring a management structure from one enterprise or sector to another requires consideration of differing conditions. Nonetheless, similarities in reproduction processes result in comparable management frameworks across enterprises in both socialist and capitalist countries / /
