The study focused on the concept of technical and financial assistance and their impact on developing countries. Chapter one introduced the key terms related to assistance, clarified the difference between aid and cooperation, and discussed both short-term and long-term goals of aid. It also addressed technical assistance, exploring its methods, tools, and its productive capacity in recipient countries. Chapter four analyzed the surrounding conditions of technical aid, including the financial and administrative challenges faced by both the donor and recipient countries. The study highlighted the role of organizations and governments in managing aid and the challenges in this regard.
