| spelling | ir-123456789-61472026-02-18T11:26:05Z (1043) مدخل في اعـداد خطـط تطوير وتشغيل أسطول الصناعة السمكية في المياه البعيدة Introduction to the Preparation of Plans for the Development and Operation of the Distant-Water Fishing Fleet أحمد, عبد الوهاب برانية الصناعة السمكية البرنامج الانتاجى 42 ص زاد الانتاج العالمي من الاسماك والكائنات البحرية الأخرى خلال العشرين سنة الاخيرة (۱۹۵۰ - ۱۹۷۰ ) من ٢١ مليون طن تقريبا الى ٦٩ مليون طن أى بحوالي أكثر من ثلاثة مرات ، وقد تمت هذه الزيادة عن طريق استغلال مصايد المياه البعيدة والتى اصبحت تمثل ۸۹٪ من اجمالي الانتاج العالمي.ولم يكن من الممكن استغلال هذه المصايد وتحقيق هذه الزيادة الكبيرة خلال فترة قصيرة نسبيا بدون ثورة تكتيكية في نوعية وهيكل القاعدة المادية التكتيكية لصناعة صيد الاسماك والذي يعتبر أسطول الصيد أهم حلقة فيها ..ونظرا للأهمية البالغة لاسطول الصيد في تحقيق تنمية سريعة للانتاج السمكي ، وكذلك نظرا لضخامة رؤوس الأموال التي تستثمر فيه ، فان تخطيط تطوير وتشغيل اسطول الصناعة السمكية تعتبر من المسائل الرئيسية في تخطيط قطاع الصيد، The global production of fish and other marine organisms has increased during the last twenty years (1950-1970) from 21 million tons to 69 million tons, more than three times, and this increase was achieved by exploiting distant water fisheries, which accounted for 89% of the total global production. It was not possible to exploit these fisheries and achieve such a large increase within a relatively short period without a tactical revolution in the quality and structure of the tactical material base of the fishing industry, of which the fishing fleet is the most important link ...
