| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-33912025-03-23T07:43:07Z 211- التجارب التنموية فى كوريا الجنوبية، ماليزيا والصين : الإستراتيجيات والسياسات الدروس المستفادة / Development Experiences in South Korea, Malaysia and China Strategies and Policies – Lessons to be Learned فادية عبد السلام محمد عبد الشفيع لطف الله إمام صالح سلوي محمد مرسي صادق رياض واخرون التنمية الإقتصادية. السياسة الاقتصادية. التخطيط الإقتصادى. النمو الإقتصادى. الأحوال الإقتصادية. نوفمبر 2008. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية (ص. 344-359). 359 ص. : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة التجارب الآسيوية لبعض الدول المختارة مثل كوريا الجنوبية وماليزيا والصين (الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والإدارية والتنظيمية والمؤسسية والبيئية للتنمية). واقترحت الدراسة العديد من السياسات الموصى بها للسياساتالسنوات شرط أساسي لـ 25 صناع القرار. تحقيق نمو اقتصادي مرتفع ومستمر لفترة من الزمن تحسين مستوى المعيشة، ومن الضروري وضع بعض معايير الأداء لتقديم حوافز الاستثمار على أساس تحقيق القيمة المضافة، ومكون محلي معين، والترابط القطاعي، وزيادة القدرة التنافسية وتشجيع الابتكار في المنتجات الصناعية وتعزيز إن الاتفاقيات التجارية الحالية مهمة أيضاً. ومن المهم أيضاً الحفاظ على سعر صرف فعال مستقر وقابل للتنبؤ بالتوازي مع تنفيذ الإصلاحات الهيكلية الضرورية وتصميم سياسات سوق العمل النشطة. وينبغي إسناد تصنيع بعض الأجزاء والمنتجات الخفيفة إلى الشركات الصغيرة.ومن هنا، قد يكون من المهم تنفيذ نظام وطني للابتكارات وتوجيه نظام التعليم نحو الصناعات المستقبلية. وأخيرًا، سيكون من الأفضل تنفيذ التشريعات التي تفرض عقوبات على الجرائم البيئية. This study intends to discuss the Asian experiences for some selected countries like South Korea, Malaysia and China (the economic, social, political, managerial, regulatory, institutional and environmental aspects of development). The study proposed many recommended policies for policy makers. Achieving high and continuous economic growth for a period of 25 years is a prerequisite for improving the standard of living. It is necessary to set some performance standards to offer investment incentives based on realizing value added, certain local component, and sectorial interconnection, increasing the competitiveness and encouraging the innovation in industrial products and to enhance current trade agreements. It is also important to maintain a stable and predictable effective exchange rate in parallel with implementing the necessary structural reforms and to design active labor market policies. The manufacturing of some parts and light products should be conferred to small enterprises. Hence, it may be important to implement a national system for innovations and orient the education system towards the futuristic industries.
