| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-34072024-12-31T14:30:09Z التغيرات فى أسعار النفط وآثارها على الإقتصاد العالمي والعربي والمصري / Changes in Oil Prices and their Impact on the Global, Arab and Egyptian Economy حسين صالح. إجلال راتب فادية عبد السلام سلوى مرسي مجدي خليفة وأخرون النفط أسعار. الأحوال الإقتصادية. السياسة الإقتصادية. الإقتصاد العالمي. النفط- صناعة. يوليو 2016. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية 263 ص. ؛ تهدف الدراسة إلى مناقشة وتحليل الآثار المترتبة على التغيرات فى أسعار النفط،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه على مستوى الاقتصاد العالمى ترتب على انخفاض أسعار النفط بين عامى 2014، 2016 إلى الاستغناء عن العديد من الوظائف فى قطاع النفط فضلاً عن تراجع مستويات الاستثمارات فى القطاع نفسه، وعلى مستوى الاقتصادات العربية قد يدفع دول الخليج إلى استخدام صناديق الثروة السيادية مع تطبيق سياسات تقشفية ، ويصبح خيار الاستدانة من مؤسسات التمويل الدولية خياراً مطروحاً لكافة الدول العربية المصدرة للنفط، وعلى مستوى الاقتصاد المصرى تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية إصلاح سياسات دعم الطاقة لتخفيف العبء على الموازنة العامة للدولة والعمل على تصنيع البترول الخام. وقد قامت الدراسة باستعراض سيناريوهات سوق الطاقة فى المستقبل حتى 2030 – 2050، ومنه تؤكد على إمكانية حدوث تغيرات هيكلية جديدة فى سوق النفط العالمى مع تغير أنماط التجارة فى الطاقة وحدوث نمو قوى فى الطلب من الصين والهند فضلاً عن إمكانية التوسع فى تجارة الغاز الطبيعى المسال. This study focuses on the rapid response to a dramatic fall in oil prices; and come up with important findings. At the level of the global economy; it points out that plunging oil prices has resulted in laying off a lot of jobs, shrinking huge investment. At the level of the Arab economies, it is expected for the Gulf countries to depend on the sovereignty wealth funds and to embark on austerity policies. As to the Egyptian economy, it is emphasized on the reform of the energy support policies to lessen the burden on the state budget and work on a crude oil processing, to operate the available refining capacities. Finally, scenarios for the energy market perspectives till 2030-2050 are reviewed. The study confirmed the occurrence of new structural changes in the global oil market. Trade patterns are expected to shift with the strong growth in China and India as driving forces in energy demand.
