| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-34122025-01-01T07:54:32Z الطاقة المتجددة بين نتائج وإبتكارات البحث العلمي والتطبيق الميداني فى الريف المصري / Renewable Energy between the Results and Innovations of Scientific Researchand Field Application in the Egyptian Countryside دياب، عبد القادر محمد. هدي صالح النمر أحمد عبد الوهاب برانية عبدالفتاح حسين الطاقة. الطاقة الكهربائية. الطاقة الشمسية. الطاقة المتجددة. الطاقة- إستهلاك وترشيد. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 115 ص. ؛ التوجه نحو التوسع في إستخدام مصادر الطاقة المتجددة من الأهداف الإستراتيجية لخطط التنمية، ويمتلك القطاع الريفي من الإمكانيات التى تؤهله للمساهمة في تحقيق هذا الهدف، وتستخلص الدراسة الأسباب المسئولة عن محدودية وبطء انتشار تكنولوجيا إنتاج واستخدام الطاقة الشمسية والحيوية في الريف المصري في مجموعة من الأسباب من أهمها: ارتفاع التكلفة الاستثمارية الأولية لمنظومة إنتاج الطاقة الشمسية خاصة مع المراحل الأولي لابتكارها، وغياب التصنيع المحلى للمعدات اللازمة في بعض المجالات (إعداد وطهي الطعام) والترويج لاستخدامها في المناطق الريفية، وغياب السياسات والأدوات ذات الصلة في إستراتيجية وخطة التنمية بالقطاع، وضعف التوعية والإعلام بين المجتمع الريفي بشأن جدوى واستخدام تكنولوجيات الطاقة المتجددة، مع وجود الدعم الحكومي للكهرباء والمشتقات البترولية مما يضعف من تنافسية الطاقة المتجددة مع بدائلها التقليدية. وقد استخلصت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات بشأن السياسات والأدوات اللازمة لترويج واستخدام الطاقة المتجددة في الريف المصري. Thetendency towards renewable resources use is one of the development plans strategic objectives. Rural sector has great potentialities to contribute to this objective. Concluded reasons for limited and slow initiatives to promote production and use of renewable energy in rural area are : The highly capital cost of solar energy system, shortage and lack of local industries in the area of solar use in food preparing and cooking, targets of renewable energy use and related policies as well as tools are marginal or missed in strategy and development plans of rural sector, poor information and promotion of renewable energy uses and benefits among rural population, and the weak competitiveness of renewable energy with the traditional fuel sources due to received subsidies.
