| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-34162025-07-10T09:24:29Z 262-السوق المحلية للسلع الغذائية : جوانب القصور والتطوير / Local Market for Food Commodities; Points of Failure and Development عبد القادر دياب أحمد عبد الوهاب برانية هدى صالح النمر التنمية الاقتصادية. السلع. الدعم الحكومى. التوازن الاقتصادى. السلع الغذائية. سبتمبر 2014. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 147 ص. ؛ البحث في أوجه القصور والتطوير في الأسواق المحلية للسلع الغذائية يعد هو المحور الأساسي لهذه الدراسـة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود القصور في بعض مكونات البنية الأساسية ونظم المعلومات لبعض الأسواق،ضعف الكفاءة التسويقية للسلع الغذائية من سوق المنتج إلى سوق الجملة، بما له من دلالات على وجود القوي الاحتكارية، وجود حالة جمود في استجابة سعر التجزئة للتغيرات السالبة في سعر بعض المنتجات، وهو ما يشير إلى ضعف عمل آليات المنافسـة.وتوصي الدراسة بإعادة تنظيم وتوسعة الحيز المكانى لأسواق التجزئة، والمتابعة والرقابة على أداء وممارسات تجار الجملة في الكثير من هذه الأسواق، وتحديد رتب ومواصفات الجودة للسلع الغذائية، وتكوين مخزون كافى من السلع الغذائية لطرحه في الأسواق في التوقيت المناسب لوقف الممارسات الإحتكارية، وتفعيل أحكام التشريعات المرتبطة بإنتاج وتداول السلع الغذائية مع المتابعة والرقابة على تنفيذها، وزيادة وعي المستهلك بأهمية مشاركته في ضبط هذه الأسواق. This study aims to investigate deficiency and development aspects of local food markets. The main derived conclusions are: Shortage of some marketing and accessing facilities in some cases, poor information system for these markets, marketing efficiency show positive trends in some of these markets, and negative trends in others, andpoor competition mechanism.The main recommendations to improve these markets' performance are: reorganization of the retail markets in urban areas, monitoring and control on the wholesalers, identification of quality conditions of food stuffs, establishment of sufficient inventories of foodstuffs to be supplied to the market at the proper time, activation of legal rules related to food production and marketing, and raising the consumer awareness to be participator in monitoring and control of the market. 2018-07-30T08:33:09Z 2018-07-30T08:33:09Z 2014 Book http://repository.inp.edu.eg/xmlui/handle/123456789/3416 ara سلسلة قضايا التخطيط والتنمية ؛ 262. application/pdf application/pdf معهد التخطيط القومي، |
