| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-34282025-07-10T09:23:38Z 255-إستكشاف فرص النمو من خلال الخدمات اللوجستية : بالتطبيق علي الموا نئ المصرية / Exploring Growth Opportunities through Logistic Services with an Application on the Egyptian Ports مني عبد العال دسوقي علي نصار أحمد فرحات نجوان سعد الدين عزة يحيى وآخرون التجارة البحري. السفن التجارية. الموانيء. علوم عسكرية- اللوجستية. النقل البحري. ديسمبر 2014. يشتمل علي إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 152 ص. : تضمنت دراسة استعراض واقع الخدمات اللوجستية محلياً وعالمياً، ودراسة حالة الموانئ التجارية التابعة لهيئة موانئ البحر الأحمر وميناء دمياط والخدمات اللوجستية المتاحة بها، وأراء العملاء المتعاملين مع تلك الموانئ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ميناء السخنة دبى الدولي هو الأفضل حيث تحرص إدارة الميناء على تقديم أفضل خدمات للعملاء عن طريق توفير عدد من الخدمات المتميزة.أما فيما يتعلق بباقي الموانئ التى شملتها الدراسة فيمكن إجمال الوضع بذكر أن ميناء دمياط وهو الأفضل بينهم وهو أول ميناء يدار الكترونياَ إلا أنه مازالت تنقصه كثير من الخدمات ليرقى لمستوي ميناء السخنة. بينما باقي الموانئ فتعاني من بعض درجات القصور الذي قد يمكن إرجاعه إلي تداخل الاختصاصات بين السلطات المختلفة في الموانئ ، وضعف بنيتها التحتية، ونقص عمليات الصيانة وتقادم بعض المعدات وغيرها، ينتج عن هذه المشاكل عدد من التبعات السلبية مثل ارتفاع تكاليف الشحن وعدم كفاءتهاوصعوبة وطول مدة إجراءات التخليص وبالتالى انخفاض الطلب من خطوط الشحن على الموانئ المصرية. The current studypresents the international, regional, and national sea shipping situation, ending by special focus on the types of challenges facing Egyptian seaports' logistics services, using fieldwork study, which was conducted in the seaports named; Suez, Safaga, Sokhna, Noebaa, Sharm El Sheikh, Gardaa, Tour, Adabia, Petrol sink and Damitta's seaports. The study results revealed that; the best seaport is El Sokhna, where it is administrated by using the logistic electronic centers,as it is providing all types of logistic businesses and activities, and provides the video conferencing for its clients. However, all other ports are suffering many deficiencies as poor infrastructure, overlapping of specialization between different authorities, old equipment, poor administrative systems, and no sufficient logistic services.
