The study focused on monitoring structural changes in the workforce in Egypt at both the national and governorate levels by analyzing trends in size, growth, and demographic characteristics. It proposed three future scenarios for the population and workforce to prepare projections until 2032. The study utilized data from population and housing censuses conducted by the Central Statistical Agency for the years 1976, 1986, and 1996. Structural changes in the workforce were monitored based on employment status and economic activity.
