| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-34402025-01-12T12:10:20Z إدارة الزراعة المصرية فى إطار التغيرات المحلية والدولية./ Management of Egyptian Agriculture in the Light of Local and International Changes. عبد القادر دياب Abd ELKadir Deyab الزراعة مصر. التنمية الزراعية. الإدارة الزراعية. السياسة الزراعية. المزارع تنظيم وإدارة. الزراعة اقتصاديات. إصدار فبراير 2014. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 137 ص. ؛ تضمنت الدراسة البحث فى المزايا النسبية للزراعة المصرية فى الإنتاج من السلع الغذائية الرئيسية، وفى الأوضاع الجارية، والتوقعات المستقبلية للسوق العالمية للغذاء من حيث الإنتاج والتجارة، والمخاطر المحتملة للتعامل مع هذه الأسواق. كما اشتملت الدراسة على البحث فى الطاقات الإنتاجية الزراعية المتاحة والكامنة فى كل من دول حوض النيل وفى تجارتها الخارجية بغرض الكشف عن فرص ومجالات وأشكال التعاون وتطوير العلاقات الاقتصادية الزراعية بين مصر، وهذه الدول سواء فى مجال التعاون الفنى أو الاستثمار الزراعي أو التبادل التجاري، وتلى ذلك البحث فى الموارد الزراعية المتاحة وأنماط استغلالها وإنتاجيتها إلى جانب المشاكل والمعوقات التى تواجه إستغلال الفرص المتاحة للتنمية مع مراجعة الإطار التنظيمى والمؤسسي للزراعة المصرية بغرض الكشف عن إيجابياته وسلبياته فى إدارة القطاع.ولقد انتهت الدراسة، إلى تحديد مجموعة من المبادئ العامة لتحقيق الأهداف المستقبلية مع طرح السياسات والأدوات التفصيلية لإدارة القطاع، وبما فى ذلك تقديم مقترح لخطة العمل الإداري للقطاع. The present study investigated the relative advantages of the Egyptian agriculture in the production of major food stuffs, current situation, and future prospective of the international food market as for production and trade. Also, the study investigated the available and latent agricultural production capacities in each country in the Nile Basin, as for its foreign trade, to discover areas and opportunities of cooperation; develop agricultural economic relations between Egypt and such countries; in the fields of technical cooperation, agricultural investment, and commercial exchange. In addition, the study investigated available agricultural resources, patterns of utilization, productivity, problems and obstacles hindering utilization of available development opportunities; and revision of the institutional and organizational framework.
