Strategic alliances play an important role is supporting the competitiveness for small and medium enterprises. It represents one of three types of the industrial relationships in the industrial clusters. In addition, the alliances help to find the solutions and facilities needed to support the small and medium enterprises.To achieve these objectives, several corporations are playing important rules to support small and medium enterprises to adopt the alliances idea.
