| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-34892025-03-23T10:41:56Z 232- مقتضيات وإتجاهات تطوير إستراتيجية التنمية فى مصر فى ضوء الدروس المستفادة من الفكر الاقتصادى ومن تجارب الدول فى مواجهة الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية / The Requirements and Trends of Developing the Development Strategy in Egypt in the Light of the Lessons Learned from the Economic Thought and the Countries Experiences toFace of the Global Economic Crisis إبراهيم العيسوي السيد دحية نفين كمال اشرف العربي سلوى العنتري وأخرون التنمية الاقتصادية التخطيط الاقتصادى التجارة الخارجية الإستثمار التأمين الإجتماعي يونيه 2012. يشتمل على ارجاعات ببليوجرافية. 119 ص. : يتعرض البحث لأحد أهم الجوانب المؤسسية وهو دور الدولة، ومقتضيات مراجعة هذا الدور فى اتجاه مزيد من التدخل الواعى فى النشاط الاقتصادى والتكامل مع القطاع الخاص لتحقيق نقلة نوعية فى التنمية.وعلى جانب الاقتصاد الحقيقي فإن الدراسة توضح أن السياسة الصناعية يمكن أن تلعب دور هاماً فى تحقيق تغيير هيكلى فى الاقتصاد لتدعيم نمو الناتج والصادرات وضمان الصمود فى الأزمات.ويوضح البحث أن قضية العدالة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لم تحظى بما تستحق من الاهتمام فى سياسات التنمية فى الفترة السابقة، مما أفرز مظاهر متعددة من التفاوت فى توزيع الدخل والثروة والقدرة على الحصول على الخدمات. أوضحت الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية الأخيرة أهمية التوازن بين القطاع المالى والقطاع الحقيق فى الاقتصاد. ولذا يتعرض البحث لمقتضيات تطوير القطاع المالى فى مصر وتحديد مسار آمن يجنبه المشكلات التى أظهرتها الأزمة الأخيرة فى كل من الدول المتقدمة والنامية. وقد أظهر البحث أهمية تقنين علاقات هذا القطاع بالمؤسسات المالية الخارجية وتقييد ملكية الأجانب للمؤسسات الوطنية ووجود بنوك قوية مملوكة للدولة تدعم تمويل التنمية وتجنبها مخاطر الأزمات. This study tackles one of the most important institutional factors, which is the role of the government and the implications of revising this role towards more prudent intervention in economic activity and integration with the private sector. In terms of real economy, the study shows that industrial policy can play an important role in adjusting the structure of the economy in a way that improves both product and exports. The issue of economic equity was long neglected in Egypt, which resulted in many aspects of inequity in distribution of income and access to social services. The recent financial and economic crisis revealed the importance of sustaining adequate balance between real and financial sectors of the economy. The requirements of developing the financial sector in Egypt are analyzed in the context of ensuring a secure growth path. The analysis revealed the importance of controlling relations with external financial institutions and limiting foreign ownership of domestic institutions.
