| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-35392025-03-23T10:54:35Z 238- رؤية مستقبلية للأدوار المتوقعة للجهات الممولة للمشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة فى مصر فى ظل التغيرات الراهنة / A Prospective Vision of the Expected roles of the Funders of Micro, Small, Medium Projects in Egypt under the Current Changes إيمان أحمد الشربينى. نجوان سعد الدين محمد حسن توفيق وفاء مصيلحى التنمية الصناعية. الصناعات التوجيه المهنى. التنمية الاقتصادية. الصناعات الصغيرة. الصناعات. يونية 2012. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 127ص. ؛ يعد قطاع المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة الأرحب والأكبر قدرة على امتصاص البطالة وتوليد فرص العمل، وبالتالى فلابد من تنقيته من المشكلات القانونية والتمويلية واللوجستية التى تحد من قدرته على الاستجابة لمتطلبات المرحلة الراهنة بمتغيراتها الشديدة، وأيضا لمواجهة المستقبل.من خلال إستراتيجية ترتكز على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: الأول هو سرعة إصدار القانون المنظم للتمويل المتناهى الصغر والذى يسمح بالعديد من الأنشطة والخدمات المالية المكملة التى تحتاجها المشروعات الصغيرة، أما المحور الثانى فيتمثل فى السماح لشركات التمويل متناهى الصغر بتكوين وإنشاء وإصدار صناديق استثمار مغلقة. أما المحور الثالث الحكومة فيتعلق بالصندوق العملاق أعلنتعن تأسيسه الهيئة العامة للاستثمار ويكتتب فيه كافة الشركات الحكومية التابعة لقطاع الأعمال العام. ولتحقيق ما تقدم فلابد أن تسعى الحكومة جاهدة لدمج الاقتصاد غير المنظم فى الاقتصاد الرسمى واعتماد أساليب عمل حديثة والاستفادة من التقنيات التكنولوجية المتاحة فى مجالات الإنتاج المختلفة. SMEs have strong ability to absorb unemployment and create more employment opportunities, therefore all legal and financial constraints must be solved as these constraints limit the ability of this sector to cope with the development requirements of the current stage and face future challenges, through a strategy based on three main themes: First, issuing laws to regulate financing requirements of the micro, small and medium enterprises and this can be done through current elected parliament. Second, allowing microfinance companies to establish closed mutual funds. Third, The general authority of investment had declared the establishment of giant mutual fund by the beginning of this year with amount of capital up to one billion Egyptian pounds where all state owned companies can underwrite on it.
