There is a deficit in the agricultural trade balance with the outside world as a result of the limited natural agricultural resources in agricultural production coupled with the increased demand for agricultural products. The research aims to increase agricultural production, alleviate poverty, increase job opportunities and improve the level of agricultural income. This in turn imposes the need to determine investment priorities in such agricultural development programs.
