| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-35442025-02-23T11:36:14Z 176- إستراتيجية قومية مقترحة للإدارة المتكاملة للمخلفات الخطرة في مصر / Proposed National Strategy for Integrated Management of Hazardous Waste in Egypt نفيسة أبو السعود خالد محمد قهمي أحمد حسام الدين نجاتى حنان رجائي نعيمة رمضان سليمان وآخرون النفايات. التلوث. تلوث البيئة. إصدار يوليو 2004. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 84 ص. ؛ هذا البحث يعتبر محاولة لوضع استراتيجية قومية لتحقيق الإدارة السليمة الآمنة للمخلفات الخطرة مصر والتي تعتبر أحد أهم المشاكل ذات الانعكاسات الصحية والبيئية الخطيرة. وقد واجه البحث مشكلة رئيسية تتمثل فى عدم كفاية البيانات والمعلومات المتاحة التي تساعد في التشخيص الدقيق للمشكلة وبالتالى مقترحات حلها ، ولذلك تم من خلاله محاولة تحديث وتدقيق البيانات الخاصة بكميات ومصادر هذه المخلفات فى مصر على أمل أن تتواصل وتستمر المجهودات من أجل الوصول إلى صورة أكثر دقة وشمولا. ولقد اشترك في إعداد البحث مجموعة متميزة من الباحثين كفريق عمل متكامل لإخراج هذا البحث : ستة فصول متكاملة: الفصل الأول: مقدمة ومفاهيم أساسية مرتبطة بموضوع البحث. الفصل الثاني: توصيف الوضع القائم فى مصر من النواحى المؤسسية والفنية والتشريعية مع عرض لأهم المجهودات التي تمت فى هذا الشأن. الفصل الثالث: محاولة لتدقيق البيانات الخاصة بكميات المخلفات الخطرة من المصادر المختلفة فى مصر. الفصل الرابع عرض لبعض خبرات بعض الدول العربية في هذا الشأن. الفصل الخامس: تضمن إطار الاستراتيجية القومية المقترحة والخيارات المعروضة في المحاور التي تمثل المقومات الرئيسية. الفصل السادس: خاص بالإطار العام لتنفيذ الاستراتيجية المقترحة والبرنامج القومى المقترح لذلك ونظرا لعدم كفاية البيانات المتاحة فى الوقت الحاضر لم يتمكن البحث من تغطية بعض المحاور مثل تقدير التكلفة والتمويل اللازم لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية على المدى الزمنى المقترح (عشرة سنوات( This research is an attempt to establish a national strategy for the safe and sound management of hazardous waste in Egypt, which is considered one of the most significant issues with serious health and environmental repercussions. The research faced a major problem represented by the inadequacy of available data and information that assist in the accurate diagnosis of the problem and, consequently, in proposing solutions. Therefore, it aimed to update and verify data related to the quantities and sources of this waste in Egypt, with the hope that efforts will continue to achieve a more accurate and comprehensive picture. A distinguished group of researchers participated in preparing this research as an integrated team to produce this study, which consists of six comprehensive chapters: - Chapter One: Introduction and basic concepts related to the research topic. - Chapter Two: Description of the current situation in Egypt from institutional, technical, and legislative perspectives, along with a presentation of the most important efforts made in this regard. - Chapter Three: An attempt to verify data related to the quantities of hazardous waste from various sources in Egypt. - Chapter Four: Presentation of experiences from some Arab countries in this regard. - Chapter Five: Includes the framework of the proposed national strategy and the options presented in the axes that represent the main components. - Chapter Six: Pertains to the overall framework for implementing the proposed strategy and the suggested national program for this purpose.
