The study explores the concept of the Egyptian civil society, its philosophy, and motivations in development areas, emphasizing its political and historical role during the 1920s. It employs a descriptive analytical approach, divided into three main chapters. The first chapter addresses the emergence of civil society, its developmental role, and the impact of globalization. The second chapter examines civil work and its systems in social development, focusing on its obstacles and contributions in health and education.
