| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-35602025-03-23T10:34:54Z 229- دور المدن الجديدة فى إعادة التوزيع الجغرافى للسكان فى مصر /The Role of the New Cities in Geographic Redistribution of the Population in Egypt مجدى عبد القادر. عزيزة على عبد الرزاق مني عبد العال الرزاق منى توفيق يوسف حسين أنور خليل واخرون السكان. الإحصائيات الحيوية. الجغرافيا البشرية. مصر- الإسكان. أغسطس 2011. يشتمل على إرجاعات ببليوجرافية. 164 ص. ؛ استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور المدن الجديدة فىتحقيق توزيع جغرافى متوازن للسكان فى مصر فى إطار السياسة القومية للسكان الخاصة.وقد اعتمدت الدراسة بشكل أساسي على بيانات تعدادات 1986، 1996، 2006 وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية:استوعبت المدن الجديدة التى أنشأت خلال العقود الثلاثة الماضية 5% فقط من حجم السكان المستهدف لها، لم تحقق الاستثمارات المخصصة والجهد المبذول فى إنشاء هذه المدن أهداف سياسة إعادة توزيع السكان فى مصر، ولا يوجد دليل على أن إنشاء المدن الجديدة قد حقق تغيرات ملموسة فى مستوى البطالة، لم تساهم المدن الجديدة بعكس ما كان متوقعا من إنشائها فى الحد من انتشار المناطق العشوائية.وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة صياغة سياسة جديدة لإعادة التوزيع الجغرافى للسكان على المستوى القومى وعلى مستوى الأقاليم والمحافظات بحيث تأخذ فى الاعتبار جميع الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية يراعى فيها تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، كما يجب أن تتضمن تلك السياسة أهدافاً بعيدة المدى وأهدافاً مباشرة محدده تسعى الدولة إلى تحقيقها وفقا لتوقيتات محددة. / This study seeks to shed some light on the efforts done by the government to redistribute the populationin the fulfillment of the National Population Policy. The study depends mainly on the 1986, 1996, and 2006 Census data, as well as the available data from methodologies used which are descriptive in nature and content analysis as appropriate. The study findings are as follows: The new cities established in the last three decades covered only 5% of the targeted population of these cities. This means that the continuous efforts and investments paid in such scheme did not succeed to achieve the population redistribution policy objectives. The new cities are characterized by extremely low population density. No evidence that the establishment of new cities has achieved considerable changes in the levels of unemployment. The new cities did not contribute to the elimination of slums and remote areas. The study recommends that new geographic population redistribution policy and strategy should be reformulated, taking in consideration all economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainable development.
