Thirty-five years have passed during which Egypt has been developing plans, drawing up policies and strategies, and implementing various projects tirelessly despite the political and economic challenges and military wars it has faced. Therefore, Egypt has made development efforts despite the problems and difficulties, but these efforts have led to some negatives, namely a large amount of continuous and unregulated migration, which has led to major problems for some governorates. These problems are due to the neglect of regional planning.
