This study was based on a basic premise that the rental value of agricultural lands is the axis of the rental relationship between its owner and its tenant, and that all other aspects of this relationship are secondary factors revolving around this axis. Therefore, the focus of this research was on estimating the economic rent of agricultural lands. For agriculture. The stability or tension of this relationship depends on the extent of agreement or disagreement between the two parties to the rental relationship on this axis.
