This phenomenon has spread overall the world, but it was observed that the developed countries became aging communities after they had developed, while developing countries will become aging communities before they have developed.Accordingly, it is very necessary to re-establish the development strategies, policies and plans. The goal of this study is to identify the most important essential services needed by the old age group, through an overview of the demographic, physiological and social aspects. In addition, a situation analysis of the most relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations was conducted.
