The study addresses the Unified Labor Law No. 11 of 1951 in Egypt, which was enacted to unify and modernize the labor laws that were in place prior to this period. Several outdated Omani laws were unable to keep up with the country's industrial and social progress. The unified law aimed to ensure equal working conditions for all workers, whether in industrial or non-industrial sectors, and to promote justice and equality among citizens. It also preserved the rights granted to workers by previous legislation while introducing new benefits.
