Strategic priorities include the advancement of industries critical to scientific and technological progress, such as engineering and chemical production; the creation of advanced machinery systems for the re-equipment of national economic sectors; and the optimization of the balance between production means (Group "A") and consumer goods (Group "B") to better satisfy public needs.
