| description | تحظى دراسة سياسات التعليم والتدريب وآثرها على سوق العمل المصرى بأهمية كبيرة فى محاولة علاج قضية البطالة، فالمواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم وحاجات سوق العمل تعني انسجام التعليم مع متطلبات سوق العمل المتغير بشكل يعزز رسالة هذا التعليم ويعظم من قدرته على مواجهة التغيير الحاصل في هذا السوق والتنبؤ به قبل حدوثه، وتوفير تسهيلات التدريب الملائمة لمتطلباته، وتنمية الوعي لدى قطاع الأعمال ومؤسساته حول أهمية أن تكون سعادة الانسان والمجتمع محوراً لنشاطه الاقتصادي وليس مجرد الكسب المادي. لذلك هذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على العلاقة بين التعليم وسوق العمل، وأن هناك علاقة استراتيجيه وثيقة، تحكمها العلاقة بين العرض والطلب في سوق العمل، ومن هنا يمكننا القول بأن استراتيجيات وسياسات التعليم، إذا ما تم ربطها بشكل ممنهج مع الاقتصاد الوطني وتوجهات سوق العمل، فإن ذلك الربط سوف يعمل دون شك على جسر الهوة بين مخرجات التعليم واحتياجات سوق العمل وبالتالي الحد من البطالة. ومن هذا المنطلق يمكننا القول بأن التعليم يلعب دوراً محورياً في أي سياسات أو خطط أو برامج تستهدف تحقيق الإصلاح الاقتصادي من أجل أهداف التنمية المستدامة. |

The study of education and training policies and their impact on the Egyptian labor market represent a great importance in trying to treat the issue of unemployment. The harmonization between education outputs and labor market needs means that education conforms to changing labor market requirements in a way that enhances the message of this education and enhances its ability to face the change in this market, and prediction before it occurs, and provide appropriate training facilities for its requirements, and develop the awareness of the business sector and its institutions on the importance of human and community happiness as the focus of its economic activity and not just the material gain. This study highlights the relationship between education and the labor market, that there is a close strategic relationship, which is governed by the relationship between supply and demand in the labor market. Hence, we can say that if education strategies and policies are systematically linked to the national economy and labor market trends, This linkage will undoubtedly bridge the gap between education output and labor market needs and thus reduce unemployment.
