بينما الكل منغمس في الأزمة، تطل بعض الأصوات المطالبة بضرورة التفكير بعيد المدى فيما تعنيه الأزمة من ضرورة للمراجعة. يتناول البحث التداعيات الاقتصادية التى تخلفها الأزمة خاصة على الدول النامية، والمسار الارتدادي الحالي عن سياسات العولمة خاصة سلاسل التوريد الصينية، بالإضافة إلى مراجعة السياسات النيوليبرالية التى بدت وثيقة الثقة بعجز المنظومات الصحية في مواجهة الضغط الرهيب للجائحة خاصة في اوروبا وامريكا وذلك بعد سنوات من انتهاج سياسات تراجع في دور الدولة ومسؤوليتها عن القطاع الصحى. كما تفرض الازمة إعادة الاعتبار لأهمية السياسات البيئية والعمرانية، باعتبارها سياسات جوهرية وليست ترفا. |

The Coronavirus pandemic came to reshape our life with amazing speed, disrupted many aspects of our life as we used to live, and overwhelmed everything else. The whole world is disrupted, borders are closed, academic programs are suspended, plans are canceled, ways to communicate and express feelings stalled out, economies are falling apart, and everyone is holding a breath and hopes to avoid the worst. While everyone is immersed in the crisis, some voices call for long-term thinking about the necessity of the crisis to revise. The research deals with the economic repercussions left by the crisis, especially on developing countries, and the current declining path from globalization policies, especially Chinese supply chains. In addition to reviewing neoliberal policies that seemed to cause health systems inability to face the terrible pressure of the pandemic, especially in Europe and USA, after years of adopting policies decline in the role and responsibility of the state for the health sector.
