| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-52862025-03-10T07:29:19Z دور البحث العلمي في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية/ The Role of Scientific Research in Economic and Social Development محمود الامام, محمد البحث العلمي تنمية اقتصادية تنمية اجتماعية ورقى ولنبدأ بتحديد ما نقصده بالتنمية - يعير نمو كائن عن ميله الى التزايد والازدهار على الزمن : من يوم لاخر أو من شهر لاخر ، وحينما نقول التزايد لا بد أن تربط هذا بظاهرة معينة أو مجموعة من الظواهر يمكن قياسها واتخاذها مؤشرا لنموها ذاتها وفى نفس الوقت لنمو الظواهر الأخرى المرتبطة بها ، ولنضرب مثلا لذلك نباتا سينا : فقد يعبر التطور في طول النبات عن ظاهرة النمو ليس لان الطول مرغوب في ذاته وانما لانه دليل على مقدرة النبات على امتصاص ما يحتاج اليه من غذاء يساعده في الازهار والاثمار وهو الهدف النهائي، وأهم من ذلك أن يظل النبات قادرا على الاستمرار في النمو مستقبلا ولذلك تستكمل عادة ظاهرة الطول المقيمة بظواهر مكملة تعتبر مبشرا بالاستمرار في النمو أو منذرا بالذبول ، وقد تكون تلك الظواهر لون أوراق أو قوة تفتحها أو عدد فروعه الى آخر ذلك من الخصائص المرتبطة بطبيعة النبات نفسه . Let's start by defining what we mean by development. The growth of an organism refers to its tendency to increase and flourish over time: from one day to another or from one month to another. When we talk about increase, it must be linked to a specific phenomenon or a set of phenomena that can be measured and taken as indicators of their own growth, while also reflecting the growth of other related phenomena. For example, consider a plant: the increase in the height of the plant may represent the phenomenon of growth, not because height is desirable in itself, but because it indicates the plant's ability to absorb the nutrients it needs to flower and bear fruit, which is the ultimate goal. More importantly, the plant must remain capable of continuing to grow in the future. Therefore, the phenomenon of height is usually complemented by other phenomena that serve as indicators of continued growth or warnings of wilting.
