| סיכום: | In the post-World War II era, increasing attention has been given to economic development, particularly in underdeveloped countries. A country's economic development depends largely on the efficient utilization of resources. The growth rate can be maximized only with the optimal allocation of resources, achievable through the introduction of optimal production techniques. The choice of optimal technology is a critical factor in maximizing economic growth. Over the past decade, significant focus has been placed on technology selection criteria, broadly classified into two categories: minimizing real costs and maximizing savings. This study aims to review these criteria and propose a more comprehensive approach that incorporates essential considerations previously overlooked. |
