This study addresses the development of the cement industry in the Arab Republic of Egypt, analyzing the costs associated with cement production and examining its consumption in the local market. The production function in this industry was reviewed to identify factors affecting efficiency and productivity. Based on the findings, a mathematical model was proposed to determine an expansion plan for the cement industry, aiding in performance improvement and increasing competitiveness.
