总结:A Public Health Institute is a training agency that attracts trainees from various disciplines active in the public health field, aiming to indoctrinate them with the concept of teamwork in public health. This is achieved by exposing each team member to the roles of others, under the assumption that such knowledge fosters team spirit. The operational capacity of trainees as team members is enhanced through in-service training programs.it should be emphasized that the activities of the health system should be wealth-creating rather than welfare-creating. Consequently, the health system should be geared towards regulating health hazards that affect development.
