سيتضمن البحث تعريفًا مختصرًا للميزانية التقديرية، ودراسة تاريخية لفكرة الميزانية في قطاع الأعمال مع التركيز على الجمهورية العربية المتحدة، ثم بيان أهمية الميزانية التقديرية وكيف تساعد إدارة المشروع.
The estimated budget is an important tool that helps project management perform its essential functions correctly. This tool originated in purely capitalist systems, but it can also be beneficial for government agencies supervising projects in socialist societies. The estimated budget can provide the necessary data for planning or adjusting plans when circumstances change, and it assists in preparing the state’s general budget estimates when the state fully or partially owns the operating projects.
In socialist societies, the function of the estimated budget evolves to have a dual role: its original function as a tool to assist project management and its new role in helping to formulate and monitor the implementation of the state’s comprehensive plan. Therefore, this research aims to clarify how the estimated budget can serve as an effective tool for project management while also supporting government agencies in achieving general objectives.
The research will include a brief definition of the estimated budget, a historical study of the concept of budgeting in the business sector with a focus on the United Arab Republic, and an explanation of the importance of the estimated budget and how it aids project management. |
