This includes the system of management and planning of the national economy, planning documentation, and the system of balances, along with the state development plan, state budget, and financial plans. It also discusses enterprise plans and regional planning, as well as the organizational structure of planning. In the second part, the theoretical principles of the balance of national economy are reviewed, including the conception of spheres of reproduction, main aspects of reproduction, and the differentiation between productive and non-productive spheres. It defines social product and national income, dividing social product into two main groups while explaining the mutual relationships between them.
