GDR . 23P The study focuses on the rapid industrialization in the United Arab Republic ‘’ UAR ‘’ and the increasing necessity for comprehensive planning, programing, and following-up. It emphasizes that the challenges of industrialization cannot be addressed solely through statistical reports or managerial accountability. In this context, socialist banks are tasked with a crucial role. Under public ownership of enterprises and banks, new functions of credit and interest emerge. All banking activities must align with the goals of national plans, and banks should participate actively in enterprise planning, particularly financial planning. To illustrate the prerequisites for such a system, the study examines the experience of the German Democratic Republic (GDR) . المتحدة «» UARتركز الدراسة على تسارع التصنيع في الجمهورية العربية وتنامى الضرورة المتزايدة للتخطيط الشامل والبرمجة والمتابعة. كما تؤكد الدراسة على أنه لا يمكن التصدي لتحديات التصنيع من خلال التقارير الإحصائية أو المساءلة الإدارية فقط، وفي هذا السياق، تم تكليف البنوك الاشتراكية بالقيام بدور حاسم. وفي ظل ملكية الدولة العامة للمؤسسات والمصارف، تظهر وظائف جديدة للائتمان والفوائد حيث يجب أن تتماشى جميع الأنشطة المصرفية مع أهداف الخطط الوطنية، وينبغي للمصارف أن تشارك بنشاط في تخطيط المؤسسات، ولا سيما التخطيط المالي. ولتوضيح الشروط المسبقة لهذا النظام، قامت الدراسة بفحص تجربة جمهورية ألمانيا الديمقراطية في هذا المجال 2025-01-01T12:37:03Z 2025-01-01T12:37:03Z 1967-04 Book http://repository.inp.edu.eg//handle/123456789/5989 eng سلسلة المذكرات الخارجية;رقم (761 ) application/pdf INP |
