Итог:Climate change poses a significant threat to various sectors in Egypt, particularly the Nile Delta. This study leverages spatial modeling, integrating remote sensing (RS) and geographic information systems (GIS), to assess the vulnerability of the Nile Delta to climate change. By analyzing factors such as salinization, reduced Nile flow, extreme weather events, sea-level rise, and coastal erosion, this research aims to quantify sectorial vulnerabilities and inform decision-making. Spatial models will be utilized to identify areas most vulnerable to these impacts, enabling policymakers to prioritize investments, target vulnerable areas, and develop effective adaptation plans. The paper included that assess vulnerability quantitatively, used a composite index approach, combined multiple indicators. Some potential indicators include (Exposure indicators, Sensitivity indicators and Adaptive capacity indicators) By employing a vulnerability assessment framework and utilizing various data sources and techniques, it's possible to identify areas with high vulnerability to specific climate change impacts in the Nile Delta.
