| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-61702025-05-13T10:41:16Z 360- دور بعض القطاعات الإنتاجية والخدمية في تحقيق هدف الصادرات حتى 2030/The Role of Some Productive and Service Sectors to Achieve the Export Target Till 2030 راتب, اجلال صالح, حسين عبد السلام, فادية الحداد, بسمة محرم البهائى, سحر رشاد, أحمد وآخرون الصادرات المصرية دور القطاعات المختلفة فى تحقيق الصادرات 225 ص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل دور بعض القطاعات الإنتاجية والخدمية في تحقيق الهدف الاستراتيجي المهم وهو الوصول بالصادرات المصرية إلى 145 مليار دولار حتى عام 2030، وقد تم اختيار قطاعات الزراعة والصناعة كركائز للتنمية الاقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى قطاعات الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ومحور قناة السويس والمنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس حيث تعد هذه القطاعات هي قاطرة النمو . وقد تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى خمسة فصول، وهي كالآتي: - الفصل الأول: القطاع الزراعي، ويختص بدراسة إجراءات تحقيق تصدير السلع الزراعية وفق برنانج عمل الحكومة. - الفصل الثاني: القطاع الصناعي، وينقسم إلى مبحثين: - المبحث الأول يتناول قطاع الصناعة التحويلية في الاقتصاد المصري من خلال الأهمية النسبية للصناعة التحويلية في الاقتصاد والأهمية النسبية لصادرات قطاع الصناعة بالنسبة إلى الصادرات المصرية الإجمالية. - المبحث الثاني: يتناول فرص مصر في توطين صناعة المكونات والأجزاء الإلكترونية والكهربائية فيما بعد 2025 بهدف تقليل اعتماد مصر على استيراد هذه المنتجات مما يحقق العبء على الميزان التجاري ويعزز قدرة مصر على الاشتراك في سلاسل القيمة العالمية. - الفصل الثالث: دور محور قناة السويس في تحقيق زيادة الصادرات الخدمية حتى عام 2030، وذلك بدراسة وتحليل دور الممر الملاحي، وكذلك المنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس. - الفصل الرابع: قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويختص بالتعرف وعرض مرتكزات القطاع ورصد وتحليل صادرات مصر من خدمات وسلع القطاع، وقد تم استخدام نماذج السلاسل الزمنية للتنبؤ بصادرات القطاع حتى 2030. - الفصل الخامس: جهود وسياسات الحكومة المصرية لتحقيق مستهدف 145 مليار دولار صادرات بحلول عام 2030، وكذلك دراسة الإجراءات التي نفذتها الحكومة لهذا الغرض، ذلك بالإضافة إلى دراسة بعض التجارب الدولية والدروس المستفادة (تجربة دولة فيتنام، تجربة تركيا، وتجربة جنوب أفريقيا This study aims to monitor and analyze the role of selected productive and service sectors in achieving the strategic goal of increasing Egyptian exports to $145 billion by 2030. The study focuses on the agricultural and industrial sectors as pillars of economic development, in addition to the telecommunications and information technology sector, the Suez Canal Corridor, and the Suez Canal Economic Zone, given their roles as growth drivers. The study is structured into five chapters as follows: • Chapter One: The Agricultural Sector – This chapter examines the measures required to enhance agricultural exports in alignment with the government’s action plan. • Chapter Two: The Industrial Sector – This chapter is divided into two sections: o Section One: Analyzes the manufacturing sector’s role in the Egyptian economy, including its relative importance to GDP and the contribution of industrial exports to total Egyptian exports. o Section Two: Investigates Egypt’s opportunities to localize the production of electronic and electrical components beyond 2025, aiming to reduce dependence on imports, alleviate trade balance pressures, and enhance Egypt’s participation in global value chains. • Chapter Three: The Role of the Suez Canal Corridor in Expanding Service Exports by 2030 – This chapter studies and analyzes the contributions of both the Suez Canal shipping lane and the Suez Canal Economic Zone in increasing Egypt’s service exports. • Chapter Four: The Telecommunications and Information Technology Sector – This chapter explores the fundamental pillars of the sector, examines and analyzes Egypt’s exports of ICT goods and services, and employs time-series models to forecast sectoral exports until 2030. • Chapter Five: The Egyptian Government’s Efforts to Achieve the $145 Billion Export Target – This chapter reviews the policies and measures implemented by the government to support export growth.
