| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-62032025-07-01T10:18:18Z أثر السلوك الانجابي على مستويات الخصوبة وتبايناتها المكانية في مصر / / The impact of reproductive behavior on fertility levels and its spatial disparities in Egypt مصطفى, شيماء صلاح حسين البقلى, أحمد عبد العزيز قياس الأثر السلوك الإنجابى مستويات الخصوبة التباينات المكانية 133 ص تهدف هذه الدراسة الي قياس تطور أثر عوامل السلوك الانجابي المؤثرة في تباين مستويات الخصوبة مكانياً وزمانياً في مصر بين مسحى الصحة 2014-2021، حيث أهتمت الباحثةه بدراسة اثر عوامل السلوك الانجابي على مستويات الخصوبة حيث يعرف السلوك الانجابي بانه قرار انجابي مشترك بين الزوجين، فأغلب الدراسات اهتمت بتحليل عوامل السلوك الانجابي وتأثيره على نطاق جغرافي محدود واغفل تطور هذا السلوك على فترات زمنيه ومكانيه واغفلت خصائص الزوج لذلك استخدم الباحثة في الدراسه بيانات مسحي الصحة 2014 و 2021 لإثبات ذلك الأثر واهتم بتحديد قوة واتجاة العلاقة بين عوامل السلوك الانجابي وبين الخصوبة باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون وكذلك استخدمت نموذج الانحدار بواسون لقياس الأثر فكان المتغير التابع (Y) أجمالي عدد الأطفال الاحياء للسيدة والمتغيرات المستقلة (X) متغيرات عوامل السلوك الانجابي الأربعة وهي العوامل الديموجرافية والاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية، وكانت النتائج كما يلي: العوامل الأكثر تأثيراً في متغيرات السلوك الانجابي هي (العمر الحالي للسيدة – والعمر عند الزواج الأول – واستخدام وسائل تنظيم الاسرة) على الترتيب، يليهم (مؤشر الثروة- والاقاليم الجغرافية) على الترتيب في كلاً من مسحي الصحة 2014 و 2021 وهذه المتغيرات الخمسة لها تأثير معنوي ويمكن الاعتماد عليها في تفسير العلاقة بين السلوك الانجابي والخصوبة في كلا من مسحي الصحة 2014 و 2021، وبوجه عام يرى الباحثة أن العوامل الأكثر تأثيراً في انجاب الأطفال هو ارتفاع العمر عند الزواج الأول في مسح الصحة 2021، وثبات تأثير مستوى الثروة للاسرة (المتوسط) في كلاً من مسحي الصحة 2014 و 2021 This study aims to measure the development of the impact of reproductive behavior factors affecting the spatial and temporal variation of fertility levels in Egypt between the 2014-2021 health surveys, as the researcher was interested in studying the impact of reproductive behavior factors on fertility levels, as reproductive behavior is defined as a joint reproductive decision between spouses. Most studies focused on analyzing reproductive behavior factors and their impact on a limited geographical scope and ignored the development of this behavior over time and space periods and ignored the characteristics of the husband. Therefore, the researcher used data from the 2014 and 2021 health surveys to prove this effect and was interested in determining the strength and direction of the relationship between reproductive behavior factors and fertility using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Poisson regression model was also used to measure the effect. The dependent variable (Y) was the total number of living children for the woman, and the independent variables (X) were the variables of the four reproductive behavior factors, which are demographic, social, cultural and economic factors. The results were as follows: The factors that most influence reproductive behavior variables are (the woman's current age - and the age at marriage First - and the use of family planning methods) in order, followed by (wealth index - and geographical regions) in order in both the 2014 and 2021 health surveys. These five variables have a significant impact and can be relied upon to explain the relationship between reproductive behavior and fertility in both the 2014 and 2021 health surveys.
