| spelling | oai:repository.inp.ed.eg:123456789-62072025-07-01T10:53:25Z تعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية بين مصر والصين (الفرص والتحديات) //Enhancing Economic Relations Between Egypt and China (Opportunities and Challenges) عثمان, جنات على الشربينى, أحمد رشاد العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية هيكل التجارة الخارجية تجمع البريكس الاستثمار الأجنبى المباشر الاستثمارات الأجنبية الصينية الحزام والطريق مكافحة الإغراق مصر 218 ص استهدفت الدراسة تحليل العلاقات الاقتصادية بين مصر والصين خلال الفترة (2010-2022)، مع التركيز على فرص التعاون وتحدياته في إطار مبادرة الحزام والطريق، وانضمام مصر لتجمع البريكس، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستعراض البيانات المتعلقة بالتبادل التجاري والاستثمارات، حيث تم تحليل هيكل التجارة الخارجية بين مصر والصين خلال نفس الفترة، وتحليل الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وأهم الفرص لتعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية المصرية الصينية، والتحديات التي تواجه مصر في تعزيز العلاقات بينهما، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى زيادة العجز التجاري لصالح الصين، ووجود تركز سلعي للصادرات المصرية الصينية في المنتجات البترولية، ووجود تركز سلعي للواردات المصرية الصينية في المنتجات المعدنية مثل (الآلات والأجهزة – الحديد – السيارات والجرارات)، تطورت مساهمة الصناعات الصينية في مصر بصورة أكبر من تطور حجم الاستثمار الصيني في مصر، وأهم الاستثمارات الصينية تركزت في المنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس، وقطاعات التكنولوجيا والبنية التحتية. وانتهت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات من شأنها تعزيز استفادة اقتصاد مصر من الصين من أهمها: ضرورة تنويع الصادرات المصرية لزيادة تنافسيتها مع السوق الصينية، وتحسين مناخ الاستثمار لجذب مزيد من التدفقات الاستثمارية الصينية، وتنفيذ مشروعات بنية تحتية مشتركة في قطاعات الطاقة والنقل والاتصالات، وإبرام اتفاقيات تجارية تفضيلية بين مصر ودول البريكس لتعزيز التبادل التجاري، وتنويع مصادر الطاقة في مصر والاستفادة من الخبرات التقنية لدول البريكس في هذا المجال. وبالنسبة لتوصيات مكافحة الإغراق: فرض رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب على الحديد المستورد الذي ينافس الصناعة المحلية، مما يزيد من تكلفة الحديد المستورد ويجعله أقل تنافسية، تعزيز الابتكار والتكنولوجيا باستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة لإنتاج الحديد محليا لتغطية الاحتياجات السنوية من خلال إعادة الهيكلة والاندماج بين الشركات المنتجة محليًا وعالميًا لضمان توفير المنتجات بأسعار ذات قدرة تنافسية عالمية. Enhancing Economic Relations Between Egypt and China (Opportunities and Challenges) During the Period (2010–2022) This study employed a descriptive analytical approach to examine the economic relations between Egypt and China, identifying key opportunities and challenges. The literature review briefly covers concepts related to international economic relations, dumping, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and foreign direct investment (FDI), in addition to reviewing relevant previous studies. The research is structured into an introduction, five chapters, followed by conclusions and key recommendations. The introduction highlights the significance, objectives, and methodology of the study. Chapter One: Theoretical Framework This chapter provided a preliminary theoretical foundation for international economic relations and foreign direct investment, outlining their definitions, significance, and determinants. It also presented an overview of the Belt and Road Initiative and examines the concept of dumping, its types, countervailing duties, and WTO regulations on anti-dumping measures. - Section One: Discusses key theories explaining FDI and dumping behavior. - Section Two: Reviews previous studies in these areas. Chapter Two: The Evolution of Egypt-China Trade Structure (2010–2022) This chapter analyzed the trade structure between Egypt and China, Egypt’s trade relations with the global market and BRICS countries, as well as Egypt’s trade balance with both China and BRICS. Chapter Three: Foreign Direct Investment Between Egypt and China (2010–2022) This chapter examined the development of Chinese investments in Egypt, highlighting major Chinese investment projects in the country. Chapter Four: Opportunities for Strengthening Egypt-China Economic Relations This chapter explored opportunities to enhance economic relations within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, including investment opportunities and technology transfer prospects.
