| Streszczenie: | This study aims to construct a planning model based on Egyptian data in order to demonstrate the practical application of the fundamental principle of planning within the national context. Building upon and improving Model 1, this version eliminates certain overly simplified assumptions to provide a more realistic framework for planning. The model specifically addresses issues related to the preparation of the Five-Year Development Plan scheduled to commence in the fiscal year 1965/1966, while also allowing for the possibility that the plan may cover any number of years, denoted by the symbol (T). By doing so, the model seeks to offer an analytical tool that supports the formulation of long-term development plans and enhances policymakers’ capacity to design economic and social policies aligned with national development priorities |
