By doing so, the model seeks to offer an analytical tool that supports the formulation of long-term development plans and enhances policymakers’ capacity to design economic and social policies aligned with national development priorities تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج تخطيطي يستند إلى البيانات المصرية بغرض توضيح كيفية تطبيق المبدأ الأساسي للتخطيط في السياق الوطني. ويأتي هذا النموذج تطويرًا للنموذج الأول من خلال تجاوز بعض الافتراضات التبسيطية غير الدقيقة، وذلك بغية تقديم إطار أكثر واقعية لعملية التخطيط. يركز النموذج على القضايا المرتبطة بإعداد خطة التنمية الخمسية التي كان مقررًا بدء تنفيذها في العام المالي 1965/1966، مع مراعاة إمكانية امتداد الخطة لتشمل أي عدد من السنوات، حيث يُستخدم الرمز للإشارة إلى عدد السنوات المقررة. وبذلك يسعى النموذج إلى توفير أداة تحليلية قادرة على دعم إعداد الخطط التنموية بعيدة المدى، وتعزيز قدرة متخذي القرار على رسم السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بما يتوافق مع أولويات التنمية الوطنية 2025-08-21T13:53:03Z 2025-08-21T13:53:03Z 1963-12 http://repository.inp.edu.eg//handle/123456789/6242 ;380 application/pdf INP |
