INTRODUCTORY REMARKS ON REGIONAL PLANNING.

In the regional planning, we mean by a region a certain part of a county's national territory. putting it at bit more precisely, a region may be defined as a geographically identified area with economic and social characteristics distinguished according to the main economic activities of area.
